There are currently spaces opening up as soon as September at Herron Cove Community and the Co-operative is currently open to new members!
There is currently one stand-alone room opening up as soon as mid-September ($600/mo + $55 utilities) and two potential spaces on the land.
Not all community members are required to be co-operative members.
